Remember you can start to book that at midnight ET, not 6 am like dining.
So, if you live in La, thats 11 pm our time. I have been reading about some people seeing no availability for anna & elsa when they log on even at midnight, but I just booked mine for our September trip and had no issues.

Our FP+ selection window opened today. I got on later this morning than I intended (7:30). Anna & Elsa were already unavailable for the duration of our trip.
