Overpriced
This is it. It's fairly overpriced, pretentious, new money, and is filled with houses that are downright gaudy. It's often a place filled with tasteless, overpriced, opulence.
It's still a great neighborhood, though.

There are probably only 5 houses that are gaudy.

A lot of the new construction houses are in the same price range as RR per sq ft I've noticed. I just like the added benefit that the neighborhood provides, like bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. But I actually prefer the newer subdivisions - like the houses better.
