Goliath was after the Flood. Plus, it said giants in the earth, which could very easily be interpreted as rock giants. And to me, Goliath would be more akin to the children that were born unto the sons of God and daughters of men, which are seemingly separate and apart from the giants in the earth. But again, those came before the Flood.
