i did basically teh following tonight

1/2 cup of: almond milk, fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, frozen berry mix, frozen blueberries

2 spoons of greek yogurt

1.5 leaves kale
1.0 leaves collard greens
1.0 bananas

trying to cut down the sugar and get in some more cruciferous veggies

My dad loves him some Kale. Puts it in everything. He bakes it in the oven with a little salt and makes "kale chips."

Sounds really delicious. I'm always looking for new smoothie/protein shake recipes . There are a couple of 'organic' places in the Nola area that make good smoothies with real ingredients...but are too damn expensive for my tastes. I've been once and I'd rather save the money and buy my own ingredients at the grocery store. Way overpriced
