Good stuff Tigerswillprevail. Third party being ABC Safety as opposed to being a safety guy for a MOC?

It is easier for a company to use contract safety for projects than it is hiring employees direct. They can easily move people in and out as they see fit. They can basically evaluate them without the commitment. Using that avenue I think will give you a better opportunity to get some hands on so to speak and make you more marketable. I'm not sure what you mean by MOC, I read that as management of change.

If MOC meant major oil field company, afterthought. Go with the oilfield company. Most have some fantastic safety programs that you will have the opportunity to learn from.
