The "I'm not saying, I'm just saying" in me would question match fixing as it went to ET. If you are just wanting out, you dont score 2 away from home

why?

a. teams should be able to punt/forfeit if they so desire. any punishment should come from within the team itself

b. why would that behavior spill into a different set of competition under a different authority? if UEFA wants to ban them from that particular competition for a set period of time, then fine, that's both logical and follows the authority of governance
