Why don't you call your local Sheriff's Office and tell them some perv is flying a drone over your pool while the kids are swimming. Ask if this is legal and what would happen if your shotgun accidentally discharged and happened to hit it while flying over your property.
Another possibilty is to hit that fricker with a wet nerf football. That should do the trick! (You're an OTer. I know you can hit a moving target with a football at 75 yards. One hovering over your swimming pool should be a cinch.)

I'd question the ability of most men in being able to hit a flying target with a football. A bunch of softballs would probably be easier.
