This. He got a second chance after the gun charge and goes and makes a rap video about shooting people a few days into fall camp (with an OU poster in the background no less). Kid clearly didn't get it.
Stoops is no better or worse on dicsapline than any other major school coach. Like someone already said, the cops are looking for him and there is a video. Mixon is done.
