you get arrested for building shitty houses in Louisiana or not finishing work. bullshite. Have you ever even read Louisiana's home warranty act, or case law. Ask someone how had Chinese drywall? Try it sometimes.
He got arrested for the bad checks. 100k will do it easy as that is probably 15-20 felony charges.

It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. Contractors have been arrested for not finishing work.
