nope my brother bought his straight from BC/BS of La.
$350/month (was $105 last year) $5000 deductible (was $1500). Cheapest exchange was $800/month and $12,000 deductible.

You might as well be uninsured as have an exchange plan. A lot of those are junk plans with nobody in network.
