There is a magazine called Boats, Bikes, and RVs that always has a ton of used motors in it

If you are planning on keeping the boat for no less then 6 years, buy a new motor. You can make a deal on your old one for the cost of rigging, maybe.

Used motors? I would never buy one from someone. Only a dealership there and only with a warranty of no less then a year. It would also have to have a complete computer read out, printed.
