$300 million? And still not finished 6 years later?
You know, I used to feel for some Fedgov contractors to have to deal with Obama's executive order crap, but frick em. This 'IT company' is making $300 mil for a 6 year unfinished project? Wow.

Maryland-based Lockheed Martin was selected in 2011 as the prime contractor on the project.

There's always a push to privatize/outsource IT work but unfortunately IT contracts become black holes for money.
