There has to be something missing in this story...it just does not make sense. If Fox is accurately describing what happened that agent should be fired.

Does anyone know if agents have to file an "incident" report if they pull/point their gun at an individual?

That's a good question. It would be interesting to hear the agents side of the story.

What's most baffling, at least to me, is the head of the Boy Scouts response. So having a gun pulled on you is a good lesson in civics?
