That's throwing elections heavily in favor of Democrats.
Fascinating enough, many people complain about the direction of country at the feet of Republicans because "they won't calm down on social issues". I can't logically make that leap connecting many our woes from a road block on social issues. However, I think I get the premise behind the angst of some because Republicans are losing the battle to keep Democrats in check.
In short, be glad Conservatives and GOP folks are still alive to make noise because when we're gone, all you have left are Rachel Maddow's running the country. (Que the infamous smirk)

Most CONSERVATIVES realize that even RINO has become a misnomer, as Republicans have merely become Socialism/Democrat lite. Not to even mention the 'insider trading' that all of em' sell their souls for.
Libs don't last on this board because of the argumental heat and the ability of the posters who damn the PC censorship and destroy Progressive ideology. Most Libs get frustrated and resort to name-calling/personal insult.

this board is slanted "right" (whatever that means with libertarians everywehre) but is pretty balanced. i wish we had a few more liberal posters, but the ones we have are pretty vocal and pervasive
i think what these discussions do is show how far shite has gone "left", especially in the mind of a lib-prog-DEM
what they consider the "middle" is VERY skewed left
