highlights? anything good going on at night after the con?

Highlights are too numerous to mention. I saw plenty of panels, a few stars and more then my share of cute cosplayers. The other thing that simply must be seen is the Exhibition hall. Like a giant marketplace on speed. Everyone from artist to authors to big movie stars all in one place. I was pretty fired up to get a few autographs from some authors I read.

At night...omg...think of the best super bowl or mardi gras party you can imagine and then times it by 100. The only thing that slowed me down at night was I was dog tired after all the walking and gawking I did during the day.

how were the lines?

Were miserable. I got smart this year and avoided the big panels and had a much much better time. The problem and the great thing about comicon in San Diego is there is so much to do if you miss something you wait 30 minutes and boom something else epic is happening.
