That completely depends on your (and each religion's) definition of tolerance. Some religions are perfectly capable of being tolerant of other faiths. Simply because one religion claims to be the truth doesn't mean it's "intolerant." Followers of a certain faith can be intolerant based on their actions towards others, and yes, certain faiths can be intolerant based on what's written in their doctrine, but claiming that religion can't be tolerant is a pretty intolerant statement in and of itself.
