Since you want to bring up stats his career record is 57-49 WOW!!! He's really killing it. He has always had nice rbs (Knowshon Moreno, Matt Forte, Peyton Hillis) nice wrs (Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffrey, Greg Olsen, Martellus Bennett) and he was always setup with good field position by good returners (Eddie Royal & Devin Hester)

This past year he had the best WR tandem in the NFL, though granted he was hurt for a period of time so he didn't get to capitalize. This was along with a very, very solid and underrated RB.
I have no opinion whether Cutler is good or bad but he has definitely had weapons at different points in his career.

So Jay Cutler doesn't suck because:
but Matt Ryan sucks even though he has a shitty O-line? I get it now. Cutler gets the benefit of the doubt because he doesn't play for the Falcons
