A few college ones:

I thought Barkeley was going to progress into a better prospect in his college career. He wasn't a bust, but never really progressed under Kiffin

Kyle Wright, Mitch Mustain, Dayne Crist, Ben Olson

NFL:
I don't know why but I thought cade mcnown was going to be really good

a few others but they've already been named

Sam Bradford. He still has time but I thought he'd have been in multiple Pro Bowls by now. I dunno if people consider Carson Palmer a star or not but I thought he'd be better than he's been, not that he's been bad.

I thought Alex Smith was gonna be crazy good. Strong arm, good speed, and really, really smart. Figured there was no way he wouldn't eventually figure it all out and be a star. At least he's turned into a solid starter, though.

He was ridiculously accurate in college and could make all the throws. He's also extremely intelligent. But yeah, he hasn't done much in the NFL

He was good this past year until he got hurt

Quincy Carter. He had Bill Parcells on his side, and had beaten out Drew Hensen, Tony Romo and Vinny Testaverde, but he failed three drug tests and was released by the Cowboys.

After that, his career spirled down so fast he even played Arena Football for some team in Shreveport/Bossier.

Rob or Rod Johnson from USC. He had a mediocre career. And if Tim Couch or Derek Carr weren't drafted by expansion teams.

Brock Berlin was the best highschool qb I have ever seen play the game! Did not translate into the next level tho!

I definitely thought Ryan Perriloux was going to be a beast in the league.

Ill also go Matt Leinart and Sam Bradford.

Ryan Perriloux, tons of talent. He looked like the next Steve McNair. One of the biggest waste of talent.

Raymond Philyaw, played for ULM in the 1990s & set all kinds of records. Thought he would play in the NFL. Had a great career in Arena football though.

Vince Young
Omar Jacobs from Bowling Green. For some reason I thought he was the real deal.
