Like I said, I'm not sure this is entirely true. But, policies like this do the exact opposite of their intended purpose. They create animosity and skepticism towards minorities' accomplishments.

Yep, like I noted in another thread, alot of unsuccessful whites have an easy "excuse" for why they haven't achieved as much as they believe they should have. Its a nice pride/ego protector, but what would be the new excuse if there was no longer AA?
