Our system is based on one man one vote, and it needs to be protected.
Each citizen in good standing should have his right to vote. Everyone is equal. Nothing should be done to hinder a citizen from voting.
On the other hand everything should be done to keep someone from voting twice. The right of one man one vote works both ways. You can not let anyone vote twice without screwing everyone else.
