Did you read the post? Yes, I'm totally fine with it. 24k per married couple.
Everyone who can't pay it goes to prison until they can. And if the states want they can sell these debt prisoners off for their labor.
We should also - obviously - do voting by total income since the last election. That would mean about ~7% of the nation's population would control everything. Just the way the Founders intended it.
