If voting strictly on property ownership, then you'd have to eliminate taxes of every other sort for anyone who didn't own property.

You are now faced with putting the nation's entire financial burden solely on land owning citizens versus taxation without representation (if you abolish income tax only).

I can appreciate a different point of view as it pertains to our tax/voting issues and solutions provided to fix those issues...but either way your method isn't feasible.
