I am a fan of Mr. David Womack.....So here is the story fellas...A few Ole Miss posters started talking shite about Matt and how they hope he gets buried in the depth chart, etc....and Matt's dad responds with this on their 247 board.

I didn't want to say it but yes he was there, I saw him with my own eyes and he didn't even speak too us. So would it made a difference with Matt you Yes it would have. Would it made a difference if someone from Jan to May would have made contact. Yes ! if stste had offered he would have committed and never would have gone OM camp because he had no contact. So hang all the stay in state stuff on someone else because we gave the State of Ms it's chance.

One other thing on the in state stuff. Where would OM be without the out of State kids? Do you tell those kids to stay in there home State? So I guess it's okay if they come to OM from out of state because they can all gets jobs in Oxford. How big is Oxford? Yes if I sound pissed it's because I am.
My son made a choice base on what he thinks is best for him and now I understand how kids make choices because it start with how he is recruited.

Been touched on this board numerous times. Of course LA is a little bit more talent rich than MS overall, but my philosophy is "fences keep people out as much as in". Jamal Adams vs. Hootie would be one of those examples. Obviously, not true in all cases. But sometimes, mainly due to depth chart predictions, losing the in-state kid brings in another. Note: I said sometimes.

And so now that this board sees exactly how pathetic ole miss fans sound when a player chooses an oos school, don't you think it's time that these proprietary ranters should take a lesson on how pathetic THEY SOUND?

Calling a player tigerbait: Cool

Threatening his employment, talking about his girlfriend or family etc: Over the line. Learn it. Hey admins..... Delete that garbage when it happens.

Les Got his Dr.Evil lose on! The talk up here is that he was upset that Ole Miss did not offer him on the Saturday of their camp. He and his dad were furious with Hugh Freeze and his staff. Some alum say they offered no one on Saturday, just on Sunday. They seem to think this will be an easy fix and he will end up at Ole Miss.

I'm hearing same thing. Said that Freeze was out of town and he wants to personally offer every recruit so no recruits were offered at camp. I can see that. However why are you out of town during your camp?
Also, he's at Magnolia Heights School (private school 15 min from Hernando), not Hernando HS. 247 and ESPN have him at HHS.
Which i've also heard some of the sour UM fans saying that he couldn't get on the field at Hernando so that's why he went to MHS. I know there are a lot of kids in this area that go back and forth between public/private and MHS is a good school with a pretty decent football history (Lawrence brothers-Cameron & Addison-MSU) so like i said, i think this is sour grapes. I plan on watching a few games this year to see in person.
Hope the kid develops into a stud SEC lineman for the P&G.

I REALLY hope the kid sticks with us. I like him alot. More importantly Grimes likes him alot. Grimes definitely has a really specific type player he's going for in each position, so he needs to get his targets across the board for it to mesh together. Obviously, if he doesn't he shall adjust, but would make it all better if he can.
