Well first I'm sure her District is more than wealthy Palm Beach. I also doubt she lives in Palm Beach. So I don't understand the premise of your post.

She lives in Weston, Fl. Here's a link to google maps. LINK Looks like a real urban environment. About an hour south of Palm Beach.
