I mainly camp out out home-barista roasting forum.. Did you install bt and Et probes?

The single best mod on my hottop are the probes...I also use Amprobe logger in conjunction with the probes and free artisan software to profile...Works great!!
Here are a couple of profiles that I did a few weeks ago... profile1 and profile2
You can't go wrong with SM's...Burman Coffee..Happy Mug...Bodhi Leaf...I'd recommend each and every one of those suppliers.
