Probably in accordance with his wishes? You think he wished to have his body secreted off in the night to get cremated?
And, how are you justifying her insane devotion to "Casey's wishes" with the fact that a neutral court decided she wasn't even fit to make medical decisions for him?

No, but he likely didn't want all of them fighting over him while he was still alive, but that happened anyway, didn't it?

Like it or not, a couple spends a lot more time with each other than adult children do with their parents. I don't know how long he has been gravely disabled, but assuming he could speak, he would have made his wishes known. Once he couldn't speak, the kids, likely sensing their inheritance was in jeopardy, swooped in.
That's my take on it - and I do think she (Jean) is crazy) - but I bet there was a lot of craziness between those 2 over the past 34 years. They married when he was 48 and she was 25 - and they stayed together that whole time?
I tend to side with the spouse in cases like this.
