Most receivers have to start chopping, slow down a bit before they make their cut. From what I've heard coming out of OTA's, Cooks doesn't slow down at all on his cuts. You realize how big of a weapon that is? You already have the advantage as a receiver of knowing where the route is going to go. Now you have the advantage of making your cut that much faster. If Cooks is able to get the corners hips turn, they're done.

Another thing I noticed from some of his game footage is Cooks has a slight hesitation coming off of the line too. When he gets that he'll be closing his routes almost a second faster. Frightening.
