I for one am relieved to see that 300 didn't make the list.

I can sleep easy now, knowing that the 300 Spartans on that day, truly shouted for entire conversations, eschewed functional honor in favor of homoerotic uniforms that showed off their abs, and jumped headlong into the persian army led by Dennis Rodman while doing karate moves--often in slow motion.

You know we were this close [holds fingers very close together] to getting a Gates of Fire (Pressfield's novel) film about Thermopylae, Michael Mann was going to direct, Clooney and Willis were going to star as the leads, although they were trying to figure out who should play Xerxes and who Leonidas.

And it fell through - Mann decided to make the Miami Vice movie.
