In a bar in DC. Hugged a random girl I'd never met. She turned out to be from Metairie, so she didn't mind. Also, during the previous commercial break, the DC CBS affiliate announced that the Government was shut down the next day due to a huge blizzard. This meant my work would be shut down too. Allowed me to drink way more than I should have in celebration. Best hangover of all time.
