Face value of less than $80 for non-rivalry conference games would be a start. Restoring the quality of tailgating in some areas as well...

"face value" dosen't mean anything since over 90% of tickets are sold as SEASON TICKETS and NOT at face value ! You're on the right track though i.e. LOWER the ticket costs, improve parking situation and tailgate opportunities,improve in stadium experience with FULL screen replays,show FULL screen hi-lites of other games throughout the game,no more FCS opponents, less WAY over-priced "neutral" site games etc, etc. etc.....it's NOT rocket science, the goose will soon stop laying all those golden eggs !
