I believe there's a winning strategy for whatever is available to you in the first round. If you are picking in the top 3, I tend to think going with one of the elite rb's is best due to relative scarcity. After that you shouldn't obsess over the idea that you must get a rb in the first round. You just need to get an elite player.

If you pass up Megatron, Aaron Rodgers, or even Jimmy Graham for Doug Martin or Alfred Morris then I think you're doing it wrong. The key strategy for winning is getting the most number of players possible that score the farthest away from the average for their position. You don't do that by locking into positions.

i play in a PPR league but also have 6 points for passing TD's as well. i waited and got Romo and that worked out but i want a stud QB this year
