Yes thats what it says: In Bright Gold
"WELCOME TO DEATH VALLEY"
in all Caps and will Light up at night.

I wonder if tall people on the last row of the lower suites will have to duck to see the north endzone scoreboard when they are standing. its gotta be pretty close now that those ribbon board are up.

well lucky for them, they can either a) sit down or b) turn their head around and look at the flatscreen tv here
