What is the specific issue? Joint? Muscle? Nerve? I have back issues too and there is no one shoe that helps. I do find that I can't wear those minimalist shoes with no cushioning. I need a fairly strong support in the heel. Try reputable brands. Don't wear Under Armour shoes ever.

Dr's can't tell me, I can't tell you. Muscle, mostly. I have tried almost everything else. I don't like taking medications but I'll take a muscle relaxer(Amrix) sometimes at night just so I can sleep. I haven't found one of those that works very well either. I even went to a nuerologsit for it and came out diagnosed with borderline Carpal tunnel syndrome. I don't have a lot of faith in the Dr's, I have seen. I just thought someone on here could recommend something to try. My last resort would be a chiropractor and I have mixed feelings on that.
