I just finished No. 2 ... the slaw. Mixed some chopped raw kale with some chopped red cabbage. Added olive oil, pepper and mayo. Mixed up...set in fridge for an hour. It was excellent.
She likes the steamed Kale but she will not try the slaw since she doesn't like regular coleslaw.
Will try experiment No. 3 tomorrow.
