You really think that is realistic now that Arkansas has to compete with not only Alabama and LSU, but also Auburn and A&M on an annual basis? He's the fourth, probably fifth best coach in that division with a hell of an upward climb (in-game, on the recruiting trail).
Hell, one could argue MSU is in a better state than Arkansas.
Bielema has always had difficulty keeping assistants around, whether it was salary or leaving for better position. Looking to be a bit of the same in Arkansas as Chris Ash and Taver Johnson have both left. Couple that with him supporting a rule-change to slow offenses down and using Agu's death as a platform to further a personal agenda, I'd say Arkansas is a long ways away.
Can't see Arkansas moving anywhere fast.

Nothing different than what we've had to deal with before, even dating back to when A&M was in the SWC with us. But no I don't see it happening any time soon, Bielema is having to play catch up right now. He may not make it here but he will be given plenty of time and he will assuredly leave the roster in better shape for the next coach than when he found it. It takes time to build from the lines and develop a strong redshirt program like he wants to do here, especially with who our previous coach was.

They were asked to move on, which is why he didn't try to match their offers like he did with Pittman when Alabama wanted him. He wanted to get a more aggressive DC. Partridge did leave on his own though obviously to be a HC and he was a big loss to our Florida recruiting.
