Had a similar thing and I'm around your age, turned out it was acid reflux in my esophagus but I thought it might be something with my heart. But yeah, get that shite checked out. Can't be too careful.

Woke up with heart pains last week and couldn't go back to sleep because I thought I would wake back up. Cut back on caffeine, drink decaf if I want more than one cup and things are better.
