They offered Greedy Williams, Kristian Fulton and John Broussard before they camped

An early LSU offer wouldn't have mattered with him. I think the staff had a good read on him for a while.

it was expected jack wagon....it is a big deal but bleeding out of your pussy isn't going to help much. the staff knew they weren't getting him so they moved on. how does that make me retarded?

Meh. Broussard, Fulton, and Greedy are all better. I remember when he got that massive bump right after he named Bama his leader. Went from like 124 overall and the No.11 athlete to 29 overall and the No.1 CB. Didn't do a camp or anything, just got a random 100 spot bump. Not weird at all.

Williams and Fulton camped. Broussard is OOS and is exempt. Meanwhile LSU continues to give away any advantage it has being the home state school by being slow to evaluate and out worked by bama in LA.

Fulton has had an offer for over a year now.

You're right, Greedy did camp

Then why doesn't Bama just get the top 10 guys out of La every year then?

I think it's time for you to stop following recruiting. You can only handle the stress from September - January, apparently. Wouldn't want you to have a stroke over this stuff.

same reason LSU doesn't. can't get them all, but they almost never fail to take top talent out of LA, which is a direct hit to LSU

Hmmm, do you think Florida and Texas think that when we consistently land top 5 talent from each state every year?

Lacy doesn't count
Denzell Duvall was not coming to LSU ever
Landon Collins was heavily recruited
Cameron Robinson was heavily recruited
Hootie Jones was heavily recruited
Cameron Sims fits your agenda
Daylon Charlot fits your agenda
Shyheim Carter fits your agenda

So, "they almost never fail" equates to one recruit in '14, one recruit in '15, and one recruit in '16?

Tim Williams was offered before Alabama offered, also.

Yep. If you didn't notice we still haven't offered. If the staff thought this was a kid we had to have we'd of offered last year. They obviously have other prospects higher up on the board than Carter. It's that simple. Besides, Carter's people wanted him to go to Bama so when they offered it was pointless to pursue him.

im not going to lie i think the whole not offering after camp ordeal is kind of affecting us, but we still end up with a good class every year. But kids do want to know that if they are high prized when they get that offer before camp. and you never know he may get an offer now this up coming camp

top 100 talent with no offer that happened to be a huge influence on Robinson. Big miseval all the way around on his recruitment

late to the party

Hate to lose a in-state talent like Carter but anyone who realistically thought we were going to land Broussard, Fulton, Greedy, Eric Monroe, and Carter were living in Dreamland. We can't land everyone. Staff has to pick the ones that fit our mold and that have the greatest chance of committing to us. 4/5 of those guys are still wide open the skies aren't falling just yet..
