I was just talking about this the other day. It's called "sport frickin" and yes you can get into shape doing it.

Um. Sport fricking is NSA sex. And guess what, gays made up the term decades ago for when a sig other is allowed to stray for some 'sport fricking' with someone not like themselves(eg older couple and one goes hook up with a colleged age twink).
