White House: Immigrant children facing danger will "likely"stay in U.S.

“These children will — and other immigrants who are attempting to enter the country without documentation — will go through the immigration process and that means their claims of asylum will be considered by an immigration judge and by asylum officials,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Monday. “What that means is it means that if a immigration judge determines that they face a credible threat of death upon their return to their home country, then, again, I'm not an immigration judge, but it is likely that the immigration judge will find that that person should be granted humanitarian relief.”

And there it is...the gotcha.
But, but, we just need the 3.7 bill to care for and deport them. Typical bullshite.

Probably 90-95% of these kids will have a variant of the same sob story which will be unverifable, IF they even show up to their hearing.

Remember back when the excuse for giving these "dreamers" amnesty was that these "kids" came here through no fault of their own, the parents brought them here when they were young they didn't choose to be here?
Well now that these "kids" are hoping on buses and coming here on their own they seem to be saying simply that once they're here they can't go back.
What a farce.

Right. So we already have illegals in their 20s and 30s claiming to be kids because they know "kids" have a higher chance of being allowed to stay.
So now all they have to do is claim to be a kid, and to be afraid of going home. Can't verify, seems legit, ok you can stay.

Translation: all illegal immigrants are refugees/in danger, therefore, none of them will be deported, rather will become lockstep liberal Dem voters.

Unfortunately that is the law passed in 1996 and reaffirmed in 2000 and 2008 with bipartisan support.
