The NIMBY's would hate me but:
- go on a street connecting spree, not afraid to exercise eminent domain in attempt to develop a competent street grid
- more sidewalks and bike lanes
- southern loop with new bridge
- moratorium on widening of streets (get away from the collector street concept)

I like all of these. Especially the street widening. Narrowing streets leads to more walkability and better local commercial development.

Agreed. Eminent Domain is critical to gentrification, especially between LSU and downtown. It's messy, it's not right, but it's the only way long term. Low income areas need to be taken away or simply priced out to the point where they leave.
