Only on the OT do I remain in character. Stopped it on every other board a while back.

They are not quite equal, but the gap is much closer from what I have read.
Way too big a deal is made of that anyway. The vast majority of people can't tell the difference without comparing side by side still images.

My big thing is the FPS.
If one game is at 60FPS on PS4 and 30FPS on Xbone then you should have a problem. That hasn't and probably won't ever be the case though because FPS is a lot more noticeable than resolution.
Like Geaux and Gardocki have said, you are not going to really notice the difference with resolutions unless they are side by side.

Well said. Developers seem to be willing to have different resolutions on different platforms but if they chose to go for 60fps then they do it for both. That is the right decision IMO and I think more developers should be willing to sacrifice some things for 60fps.

Agreed. since I don't have a monitor, I play with game mode on to reduce the lag with HDTVs. So the 60fps is more important to me.
