You won't own a car by buying a house. No chance. You would have to get the title from the owner of the car.

I don't know who owns the car. We are buying the house from an heir to the deceased guy who owned it. I may be able to get a copy of the Judgment of Possession to see, but that may take some string pulling.

Find out who's name the title is in and their last known address. Send them a certified letter stating you a charging them $xx.xx a day storage fee until they remove the car. Dependent upon your states law. After a certain # of days you can obtain legal title to the car due to it being abandoned. You may have to post a legal notice in the paper.
