Idk if I'm the only one, but I don't think there is anything sweeter than an English accent calling a game.

yeah ... I think I'd rather this, than say ... Joe Buck or Mike Tirico.


The only caveat is that the English dude has to be completely in the tank for USA.

I think the main reason why we like the British announcers so much because soccer is all they do. Fox has Gus doing football, basketball, and soccer.

A game yes, but our national team? No. There must be at least one AMERICAN calling it.


No other country has all foreigners doing commentary on their national team.
