re: Favorite vegetarian dish?

Holy crap, I had something last night that I have never had before. It shoots right to the top of the vegetarian list for me. I went to a restaurant and had the pot roast & mashed potatoes w/gravy.

For the appetizer I got fried mushrooms. Those things were fricking great. Next time I am just going to get fried mushrooms w/mashed potatoes & gravy.

I have liked mushrooms but have mostly just eaten them on pizza. I need to find a good recipe for fried mushrooms now.
