re: Favorite vegetarian dish?

Mashed potatoes
Rice
Indian jeera rice with cumin seeds
Macaroni & cheese
Pizza with no meat

Three that I get at the Indian restaurant but don't know what they are called:
1) Spinach in heavy cream
2) Something that has potato chunks and peas and is very spicy
3) A dish that has okra and tomatoes among other veggies.

If I was to change to vegetarian I would start out by eating Indian food, subway, Mexican - especially taco bell since it's cheaper, Subway, and pizza.
