This crap is so confusing.
Are the Kurds fighting Israel as well, or it that Hamas? Help. I just can't keep up with all of this.
And they say that Iraq will fall apart if a new government isn't formed, yet they now have 3 groups fighting?
And this basically means that gas prices are about to skyrocket, no?

No. Kurdish Iraq has been semi-autonomous even back to Hussein's days, and by the standards of that part of the world run things fairly well. It's a wonder why they haven't done something like this a long time ago.
