I've been there one time for lunch. Got a buyer that was pretty good IMO. I enjoyed the shoe string fries as well. Wife had the turtle soup, and it was pretty enjoyable. The $0.25 martini a were very good, and quite potent. I can definitely understand why they limit you to three at lunch. 
We had a table of 3 and total bill
Including too was just under $60. I don't think I'll ever actively seek them out, but I wouldn't be opposed to going back.
