Any loving and responsible parent won't let their kids socialize with the WHITE trailer park mentality either.

ETA, if many Blacks (problem/hood version) end up in the SG school district, at least with proper school board control...the problem ones can be zapped. Which will be good for Blacks and Whites. Make it...children...minus the color.
