it is not unreasonable at all...frankly, you don't have to ask for shite, as it is their responsibility to keep you whole...and that includes transportation until you can arrange for permanent replacement car...

you have to be reasonable, but them trying to tell you what you can and can't do is nothing but a bluff, imo...
