Curious to hear SOS's take on our chances of getting another stud SF since Simmons plays that position. I would think "slim to none", but stranger things have happened.
Personally, I would take a stud SG and PF/C before going after any other SF's.

Traditional positions are dead. Ben Simmons doesn't fit anything really. He can do whatever he wants on a basketball court. He runs the floor and passes like a guard, he shoots from the corner with great accuracy, he leaps like a forward, rebounds like a 4, and blocks shots like a 7 footer. And he's 6'10, probably has a 40 inch vert, has the handles of a guard, and has a 7'1 wingspan. So having Simmons probably won't scare away Adel because they wouldn't be asked to the same things.

I think he's pretty sold on Louisville, but birds of a feather, flock together. Having another Aussie transplant would probably help him feel more at home. I don't see a problem with him and Simmons both considered as SF's. They could easily go back and forth between 3 and 4 spots. Both have enough bulk to play the 4 and enough skill to play the 3. Could easily be on the court at the same time.
Also think being in the top 5 is a testament to what LSU and SMU have done on the recruiting trail lately. They are both competing with the big boys.
